To provide a streamlined cost-efficient approach to the menu process both from a production and a data management perspective. This process needed to accomodate corporate, franchise, and licensed unit unique requirements. Additionally, a 5% cost savings from a production standpoint, was requested.
The strategic approach to this request incorporated the following:
Full review of the current menus to identify efficiencies and/or improved execution.
Train users on data management and custom order process.
Optimize creative based on consumer feedback.
Utilization of the current UMI client to maintain pricing and menu size data as well as collect orders.
Provide custom merchandising solutions for handheld menus.
Reduce the menu process timeline from the current 18-week execution.
